Zephyr Global started operations mainly as a manufacturing firm, eventually shifting focus to Brand Recognition and Investments. We are currently concentrating our efforts and investments into niche sectors, one such business being the aggregation of gold.

In early 2017, we went through an extensive process of conducting feasibility studies, investigations and research into the viability of entering the concerned field. Within a short span of time, we have successfully implemented and commenced our aggregations operations in Mozambique by registering our business for the exportation of gold in dore form to UAE for ultimate sale to reputable refineries with whom we are associated.

Future Plans

  • Zephyr Global is already in discussions with some of the artisanal mining associations to partner with them and upgrade their status to “Commercial Mining Category,” thereby ensuring adherence to international regulations and also a higher standard of social responsibility with regards to preservation of the environment, deploying proper mining and extraction techniques, strictly prohibiting child labor and contributing to the welfare and the rehabilitation of the local community.
  • Zephyr Global is currently scouting for good mining concessions outside green belts with the potential for large-scale mining.
  • We are in discussion with partners for setting up gold refining capabilities to cater to markets in the Far East.
  • We are conducting ground studies to replicate our businesses in other African countries.

We do not procure gold from unregistered miners nor from sources where child labor is involved.
